How to Order
To place an order, please call us at 425.260.8949 between the
hours of 9 am and 6 pm (Pacific
Time), Monday through Friday. You may also reach us on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. California State residents add appropriate state tax.
Tp purchase items with Paypal "Add to Cart" buttons, simply follow the
directions at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is extra
and will be added to your invoice. Rush
orders are possible if we have the items in stock. We use Fedex unless
you specify otherwise.
Custom Orders
We work
closely with our clients on projects. Each project generally has the
following steps:
Design
Drawings and specs
Fabrication
Finishing/Painting
Crating (if needed)
Shipping
Installation (if needed)
Rough estimates are provided free of charge. Detailed design fees generally run 5%-10% of a project cost.

International Orders: Sorry, but at this time we are not shipping internationally. If you are from outside the U.S., we suggest that you have us ship to someone located within the U.S.
